This is a scam, poor business etiquette at best. Shady attitude from the business owner simply to avoid paying taxes. Shameful. Mario charged $700 which was paid in hand in cash on our front lawn after his day's service; +3 weeks later, a receipt was still never emailed for the amount we paid. He does not answer at his residence, and multiple attempts to contact via phone have been made.

This is truly a scam and I would advise any and EVERYONE not to purchase anything from this “business.” On Google the address is advertised as a suite but when I went to pick up my order it took me to an apartment complex. Had I known someone was selling flower arrangements out of their apartment I would’ve never paid for the service to begin with. Then I got there and knocked on the door but there was no answer. So I called numerous times and no one picked up the phone. I know I wasted 15-20 just knocking on the door and calling because I needed the order I paid for, for a graduation that I was heading to. So needless to say I never received my order and I had to go to the graduation ceremony empty handed. But here’s where the story takes a crazy twist, while at graduation I receive a “confirmation email” that my order had been picked up. By who because it wasn’t me! This is a scam and please save your time and money. So now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. I will be calling that apartment complex to inform them they have a tenant promoting a business out of their apartment and not providing customer with the items they paid for.

My first time ordering from Deer Florist and I'm very impressed. The arrangement is beautiful, fresh and looks exactly like the picture. Your service is truly best in class. Thank you for making my best friend so happy today.

The worst experience! I spoke with April Wednesday morning, Valentines Day. I asked if they were taking orders for delivery today, and she said, of course. I placed my order, which was to be delivered about 10 minutes away from the florist. April said that since it was so close, she could take it herself. Needless to say, it never made it. April called me around 8:45 pm that night and asked if it was OK to deliver to a residence. My order was going to a business. I said no, the person has left for the day. I asked for a refund and was told to go back to my confirmation email and cancel. We'll you can't do that, and there is no option available to cancel. I called back, and April said, "Let me look into it, and I will call you in the morning. Ok, now it's Thursday, no one called, and when I called the store, no one can now find my order. Eventually, someone called me and said it would take 5 to 7 business days for a refund, but if I don't see it, call my bank. No one apologized or took responsibility for not providing the service agreed upon. What a group of poor business people. I will have to report the transaction as fraud, unfortunately.

I received the most beautiful arrangement for my birthday back in November. It was a very difficult time for me, so it’s some of the reason why I’m just writing this review. The arrangement I received was the best arrangement ever. The flowers were gorgeous and the balloon is still up (and it’s been 2 months). I will definitely use this florist for future occasions.
